Every company is looking for engaging ways to build camaraderie between employees and offer a healthy work culture.
Desi Warrior is a perfect match for these requirements, as the entire course is built keeping these tenets in mind. Each obstacle reflects a business problem or market challenge that needs to be overcome in order to succeed.
The achievement of conquering the obstacles and completing the course symbolises the ability of the team to work together to overcome these challenges and win in the marketplace!
Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.
Programme format
Option 1: One for All, All for One
Leave no employee behind! All employees are on the same team and have to finish the obstacle run by successfully completing every single obstacle, no matter how difficult they may seem.
Suitable for smaller companies with 50 or fewer employees.
Option 2: Head-to-Head Team Competition
Employees are grouped into multiple teams based on their department or business unit. The department to successfully navigate all obstacles and cross the finish line first is declared the victor.
Suitable for large organisations where each department has a significant number of employees.
Programme benefits
Over and above the obvious benefits of a professionally managed, adrenaline-packed outdoor team-building activity, the 2016 programme offered:
- Additional free beer coupons for the winning team
- Dedicated waves for sign-ups of 100+ employees
- Co-branded T-shirts with the company logo
- Stage air time to announce company participation and the winning team's name
- Prize distribution and a photo opportunity on stage for the winning team with company senior leadership and the Desi Warrior backdrop

Programme specifics
All-inclusive employee care package
Each participant was provided with a free lunch coupon, which included a main course and a drink.
VIP tents
Tents outfitted with tables, chairs and space for senior leadership to address all the employees: a great way to enjoy all that Desi Warrior has to offer while achieving the objectives of the corporate outing.
Family day option
Invite significant others and kids to the event as well, with a dedicated kids' course for Chotta Warriors.
